Who We Are and How We Do Business |
| Dalton Carpet has been selling
and installing carpet for 30 years. We provide our clients with
the most competitive prices — often 30 to 40% cheaper than area
carpet retailers. We can offer
these low prices because...
- We do not operate a large,
expensive retail store. We have a small office/warehouse and
our cost on average is 1/10th of our competitors. This is why
we extend exceptional prices on to our customers.
- We buy direct from the factory when
you place your order and this eliminates excess inventory costs.
Again, even more cost savings to our customers.
- With our shop at home program,
there is no need to drive all over town to look at a jungle of
carpet samples. We will bring the samples to you, so
you can shop in the comfort of your own home. Just give us
a call! While we are there we will measure the rooms you
are thinking of carpeting, help you make a selection, and give you
one price that includes the new carpet, pad, and labor (plus moving
furniture and disposal of old carpet and pad.)

What Most Carpet Retailers Will
Not Tell You |
-
Berber carpet is not recommended for high-traffic areas.
Berber carpet will pack and crush over time, especially in
high-traffic areas and pivot points in your home. Because
Berber is a loop construction, the yarn is subject to pick and pull
out of the carpet.
-
Berber carpet made with Olefin should only be used in
low-traffic areas. It is not recommended for homes with
household pets.
-
Frieze carpets is designed for everyday use. It is
the newest product in the carpet industry.
-
Trackless carpet
is the #1 carpet in the world. It
is designed for high-traffic areas and has relatively low
maintenance requirements.
